To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyber Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the six months preceding the claim, or €500, whichever is greater. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based.
Consequential Damages Exclusion
Under no circumstances shall Cyber Vault be liable for any damages that result from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies to all damages of any kind, including compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property, and claims of third parties.
Force Majeure Provisions
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, internet service failures, or interruptions in telecommunications or digital infrastructure. During force majeure events, our performance obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
For users located outside Cyprus, you acknowledge that by using our services, you consent to the application of Cyprus law and the jurisdiction of Cyprus courts for dispute resolution.

Each party shall bear their own costs for dispute resolution unless otherwise determined by a court or agreed between parties.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Terms Modification Policy
